What is worse… I know why the cat was shaved like this…
two reasons, one – because it’s too difficult and can cause perminate and serious damage to groom around the head and tail.
two – it gives the animal issues. I kid not, if you shave a cat or dog’s head and/or tail it seriously messes with them mentaly.
