It snuck up on me.
I’d meant to plan some zany adventure…but here we are and I just realize I turn 30 tomorrow and have no birthday plans for the week.
I should rectify this.
Suggestions?

As for Tomorrow’s activities:
We’re going to put my 20’s on the pyre!
This is very short notice and very low key. But come on over tomorrow night (any hour after 7) and we’ll toast the third decade of my life. We’ll have fire, food, drink and anything else our spontaneous little minds can conjure.
If you can’t make it, not to worry, it is very last minute. We will likely, around the fire, plot a better planned celebration for the weekend of May 9th.

The weekend of May 9? You better not make any crazy plans for that Saturday. You have obligations to fulfill for my sister, but I promise to buy you some drinks later that night at the reception.

No, not on that day.
Actually, the turn out and fun of the spontaneous party was enough that I’m not so worried about organizing another.
Speaking of parties…it’s time Nick and I organize the next slip n’ slide.

That’s what you said last year. This year better have double the alcohol to make up for last year’s lapse. If I’m offered the job in Stillman Valley, I think I’ll only be about an hour or hour and a half away from you. Maybe I can purchase more festive drinks with the gas money I save. 😉

I suggest that for your 30th birthday, you do everything you wanted to do on your 10th birthday but didn’t do because mom and dad said no. ^_^ That’s what I’m doing for mine!!
